Not my words. Use Google to find out more, should you wish to. (Ghordius.)
In my opinion humans are capable of rational thought.
like... a few short times a day, with effort. but it's human rationality,
insufficient for the complexities of the real universe. but adequate, at times.
nevertheless, our "software" in our brains depends on the building elements,
which are... words
in short, if you aren't the master of your vocabulary, you are a slave of it.
if you don't know with precision what the word you are using means, you are... babbling
HE GOES ON TO WRITE
A substantial part of the human brain does nothing else then that:
rationalizations, i.e. ascribing reasons that provide explanations
and it does not matter if there is any reason,
if an explanation is possible, that part of the brain craves for explanations.
if possible,simple, linear ones
English isn't his first language or he is struggling to type or something else, I don't know He makes some excellent points.
Did you spot them?
The main point is that the human being craves an explanation.
So, someone in some suit with a nice job title can easily provide
a readily accepted explanation. Which is why so few of us bother
With critical thought, perhaps?
