Power

Well, what does the word power mean to you?

Perhaps only elected governments ought to have power?

Is power evil?

Is accumulating power evil?

Is power good?

Two types of power (increase)

I am going to assume that you have read all my Amazon books, which saves me the effort of rewriting them in this post. The first type of power is your own intrinsic power. How aware are you of your own power? Awareness is generally lacking in our modern world. I suspect that you are more potent than you imagine yourself to be. That is the ‘positive’ side of power. You can freely develop your own intrinsic power without causing harm to others. You can also develop your own awareness to your intrinsic power and a sensitivity to how your words and deeds impact upon others.
A ‘negative’ aspect to power is not to increase your own but to decrease others power. Inducing fear in others is the fastest way to increase your own power. Provided that you don’t succumb to the fear you deliberately created in others.

Inner monkey

Your inner monkey is very sensitive to power. Your inner monkey will panic / have an emotional outburst if another attempts to exert power over you unfairly. In fact, our inner monkey is very sensitive to injustice, which is an abuse of power. Fear and power are the domain of our inner money. Listen to your inner monkey, treat it with respect.

Auto Pilot

Another aspect of ourselves is our auto pilot. Things we do without cognitive thought or effort. Breathing, heart pumping and digestion are all natural things we don’t have to expend conscious effort to control. Other things, we ought to be sensitive too. Do we do what our Doctor says, teacher, parent, prime minister, police officer, priest or such without expending any conscious thought? Should we? In my humble opinion, school is where such deference to ‘authority’ is stamped into our autopilot. A great deal of schooling is there to simply encourage the over use our autopilot. ADHD could be a sign of those who refuse to submit to over use of autopilot. Could be. I cannot be bothered with any research to find out if that particular idea has legs.

Cognitive awareness

This is the third aspect of ourselves I wish to discuss. A balanced human being is aware of their inner monkey but rarely acts upon it. Uses autopilot appropriately and is extremely aware cognitively. Which isn’t how we are conditioned to be, in my opinion. Increasing our cognitive awareness smashes us into our cognitive dissonance very quickly. This barrier is significant and crossing it is emotionally and mentally painful. In the land of the blind, do you really want one eye?

Power

To have an effect, you need power and sensitivity. In a word, you need to be aware. When you see a need to have an effect, it helps if you have already developed your own power. Read my books for some background on how this is achieved.

Examples

A few of you will have no need to read my books. There is enough information in this one post for you to proceed. For others I will give a few examples for you to ponder.

Bill Gates

OK, is he powerful? That is a question only you can answer. I know he isn’t. You may know that he is. Power is relative. He is far less powerful than I am but he may be far more powerful than you believe yourself to be. Anyway, Bill wants to impact the world, beneficially, with vaccines. Unfortunately, he is mistaken. I will let God explain it to him later. God has unlimited time and patience and I do not.
So, how do I know Bill is wrong? He is attempting to use fear to impose his view on the planet. Remember at the beginning of the article I mentioned that increasing your own intrinsic power as being a positive endeavour? Well, deliberately decreasing others intrinsic power by using fear is negative. Bill has gone negative on us.

Sars cov 2

All governments of the world, as far as I can tell, are going negative on this. Creating fear appears to be the default option of governments. Bill Gates is encouraging this as much as possible.
Are you aware of an alternative to having a government and bill induce fear about sars cov 2? How about you increase your own intrinsic power to defeat this virus specifically and others generally?
Give that some critical thought. Or not.

Work

I find work to be difficult. I have powerless people insisting that they are powerful and I am expected to believe them. This is a great example of cognitive dissonance in action. I need to just accept that they are powerless and deluded. Or to be fairer, they are struggling with their own cognitive dissonance and as stated above, this is a very painful barrier to cross. I ought to be more sympathetic towards them.

Police

This is the same problem as ‘work’. The police believe themselves to be powerful and part of a large system of justice. They are neither. They are intrinsically powerless and deluded, mostly. Or to be fair, they are struggling with their own cognitive dissonance and as stated above, this is a very painful barrier to cross. I ought to be more sympathetic towards them.

Society

I believe that society generally goes with reducing the power of others using whatever works rather than encouraging everyone to increase their own intrinsic power.
The best example of this is the current sars cov 2 thing. We are encouraged to do exactly what we are told and wait for bill gates to create a vaccine and some tech software to prove we are ‘not a threat’ to others.
The other way to go, would be to encourage us to increase our own intrinsic power to deal with sars cov2 and other virus’s. For the hard of understanding, for those who the social conditioning is fully intact, this means improving your own health yourself with lifestyle choices and food choices more inline with increasing your power rather than trashing it.

Civilisation

This is where we actively encourage each other to increase our own intrinsic power. Those who go with inducing fear in others are marginalised.

Conclusion

True power cannot be separated from accountability and responsibility.

Three problems with ageing

I like three's and five's. This is free, so I am going with three.

1) Joints. These rot out and cause lots of pain and makes lots of movements painful and some impossible.

2) Cognitive. Your brain rots out and you get one of a hundred different conditions, none good.

3) Immunity. Your chances of dying from flu and the like increase massively.

Women may want to look younger for longer. Men may like to retain or even gain muscle as they age, rather than lose a few percent every year.

As we grow older, our health diminishes and our immunity starts to fail.

The main problem with ageing is that most of us never get anywhere close to our genetic potential. We don't max out our stats. we don't bother leveling up. We believe a great many things but not, apparently, in becoming the best possible version of us. The best possible version of us ages the least, is far more resistant to stress and disease. Surely, this is obvious?

One million Calorie regeneration

I have no way of knowing how old you are. I am 51. I recall how strong, fit and healthy I was at twenty five years of age. By fifty I was in great shape for fifty. So there's that.

At fifty years of age, how interested would I be in a two year, one million additional calorie required regeneration? How would I like to be in great shape again? Not great shape for fifty but great shape?

I went with 'yes please' and published how to achieve this with my 90 days book. Five 90 day cycles later and my regeneration continues. I have consumed an additional 1500 calories a day for 16 months and done an additional 100 - 200 calories a day of 'exercise'. Well, I thought about exercising every day. I managed about 3 - 4 days a week.

Let us do the math. 1500 extra calories a day is 10,500 calories per week extra.

150 calories of exercise, up to 4 times each week is around 500 calories each week.

So, thats 10,000 additional calories each week. Most people would expect to gain more than 2lbs / 1kg of body fat each work with this type of nonsense.

I haven't gained any weight over 16 months of this 'regime'. So, that's around 700,000 Calories worth of regeneration, so far. As soon as my weight starts to increase, the regeneration process is complete and that is that.

As well as not knowing your age, I have no way of knowing how you are reacting to the above words that I have chosen to string together. For a few minutes, I suggest that you choose to believe the following sentence. I am not lying.

Obviously, eating an additional million calories of food over two years requires a very specific hormonal balance in the body along with genetic manipulation. Otherwise you will just gain 300lbs. Do I have to point out that the choice of food is also critical?

Hormones are very powerful things. However, our genetics will limit what is possible but by deliberately manipulating gene expression we can easily get reasonably close to our genetic potential.

Are you beginning to believe that 'regeneration' is possible yet? How comfortable are you with vastly changing your natural hormonal balance? How about deliberately manipulating your own genetics?

Is it now obvious that you can transform yourself from average shape for your age to great shape with genetic manipulation and the very specific and accurate use of very potent hormones? Perhaps but now you will also feel that this is obviously unsafe, illegal and dangerous. The financial cost is likely to be ruinous too.

Herd Immunity

Our experts do not know how herd immunity is developed within our population. What they do know about herd immunity is wrong.

Well, that’s quite a bold pair of statements. How do I know this? Well, the real question is why don’t they know? I know the answer to that too.

Anyway, the mathematical models give herd immunity at 60% – 80%. One assumption is that we are all identical and behave in exactly the same way. That is quite a big assumption and it is clearly wrong. The question is, does this clearly incorrect assumption make any real difference? I say yes. I don’t think I can logically explain it but it is ‘obviously’ wrong.

The experts do know about super spreaders. These social butterflies meet with far more people in a day than many of us do in a week or more. Now, you may think that avoiding super spreaders is a good idea. I can see why you would think that and you would be wrong. You are wrong and the experts are wrong because no-one understands how herd immunity is developed in the real world.

With an amount of arrogance beyond the imagination of most, I will attempt to explain it to you and the herd immunity experts. Are you ready for this?

Most super spreaders will quickly come into regular but brief contact with people who are ‘leaking’ some small amount of virus particles. These super spreaders will be then start passing on micro doses of virus particles to the rest of us. This is a good thing. Most of us will be able to ‘fend’ off this minor attack and our immune system then has some immunity to this new virus. A larger dose is readily dealt with. These people are the asymptotic crew. The medical community haven’t the ability to measure the immunological response of the micro dose people.

To recap, the super spreader gives you a micro dose which is unmeasurable. However, your immune system effortlessly defeats the virus and now has the relevant experience to easily defeat a far larger dose. When exposed to a far larger viral load, this is defeated asymptotically.

Without the super spreaders giving lots of micro doses then most people would just get the larger viral load to which they have no prior exposure too. They can have a severe illness and those with corrupted immune systems could suffer far more and far more likely to die.

Corrupted immune system

Read my 90 days book and build up your immune system, resilience and robustness. Having a strong immune system is far better than having a corrupted immune system. That to me is as obvious as that which I have written about above.
Guess which group of people generally have very robust immune systems? The answer is obvious to me too. The super spreaders come into contact with a great many people and so have to deal with many micro doses of many things. This massively tunes up their immune system to deal with a very wide range of virus.
Everything links to everything else.

Super Spreaders

So, what is herd immunity in reality? In theory it is around 70% but in practice it is around 20%.
You can thank the super spreaders, in person, for getting herd immunity down from the mathematical model of around 70% to 20%. You may ask me to prove this. I haven’t the resources that the medical community has. Let them prove me wrong. Very quickly, they will realise that I am correct and hopefully stop being so stubbornly wrong.

Explanation

I can explain why the medical community has come to the conclusions it has. Why they repeat behaviours that were wrong fifty years ago. I can also explain why you won’t believe my explanations. The two explanations are different but essentially the same.
